Fox on Ramstreet Ltd buys homes in its own name and later sells the homes it already owns. Between those two days, the house is ours.
We are at Bluestone Road in Manchester. A question about a house we hold, or a house you want us to look at, comes by email.
A purchase starts with a walk. We look at the rooms, the roof from the path, and anything that is already tired. If the house is one we want, we buy it. The name on the purchase is ours.
We do not find a buyer for someone else’s house. If you want us to consider buying yours, say so on the contact page and include the address.
A sale is only of a house already in our name. Viewings are by a time we agree. Questions about the rooms, the heating, or the outside come by email, and we answer from what we know of that house.
If the house is not ours, we say so. We do not take a fee to put someone else’s home on a list.
Before we buy, we want the address and whether anyone is living there. We do not turn up without a time. A few photographs help if you have them.
Before we sell, a viewer gets a time and a plain description of the rooms. See the walk for the kind of rooms we go through.
